NO TICKETS?

You are invited to come anyway. Here’s how seating will work at each performance. Those with tickets

will be seated first (general seating). Five minutes prior to the start of each performance, a 5-minute

warning will be given which explains that all unoccupied seats are now released for general seating

whether ticketed or not. There will also be overflow seating in the chapel via live video feed. We will

do our best to locate seating for everyone.

WAITING LISTS

We will continue to take names on our waiting lists and if/as unused tickets are turned back in for

redistribution, we will contact those on our waiting lists in first-come-first-serve order. Please do not call the church office for tickets or to be placed on the waiting list. Please email info@gethope.net to be

placed on the waiting list and include your name, email address, and the number of tickets and for

which performance you need them. Should tickets become available for you, we will email you this

notification and the tickets will be placed at the will call window at that performance.

A Christmas Tale

A unique troupe of storytellers, singers and dancers gather together to present the timeless

and miraculous story of Christmas. A theatrical presentation for the whole family.

Free Tickets

Complimentary tickets available at the ticket counter during weekend services and through the

church office Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Tickets are free but allow us to alleviate overcrowding

in any one performance. All performances are general seating.

Nursery, Children’s and Youth Scheduling

No childcare is offered during the Thursday and Friday performances.

Childcare for nursery through preschool ages only is available during all Saturday and Sunday

performances.

KidCity (grades K-5) will be closed during the weekend of performances. We invite families with

elementary age children to enjoy the presentation together and request tickets appropriately.

Middle School (grades 6-8) will also be closed during the weekend of performances. We invite

families with middle and high school age children to enjoy the presentation together and request

tickets appropriately.

Parking

Parking for all performances is available on-site and at Hope’s Crossroads Campus location,

less than 1/2 mile south of the church on Buck Jones Road, near K&W Cafeteria and Burlington

Coat Factory. We ask regular Hope attendees to use shuttle parking and help save on-site parking

for the many guests who will join us for these holiday presentations.

Other Helpful Info

Each performance lasts approximately one hour.

Due to the popularity of this event, we recommend arrival at least 15 minutes in advance.

Common Grounds Cafe will be open before and after each performance.
