If you find yourself hungry on the east side of Cary then pop into Lucky Pot. It’s in the Kildaire Farms Food Lion Shopping Plaza at the intersection of Kildaire Farm Road and Penny Road.
Lucky Pot features mainly a Thai menu (my personal favorite is the Thai Spicy Basil). It’s a small shop – no seats – take out only. If it’s a pretty day you can always go a 1/2 mile up the road to the Town of Cary’s Hemlock Bluffs Park. Inside Lucky Pot it’s always the same two ladies – they always have a smile on their face. They use fresh not frozen ingredients and everything is prepared from scratch. In addition to the Thai food they also serve a few coffee drinks and smoothies – just like all Thai restaurants right? Thai, Coffee and Smoothies!
