We’ll give you a personal report based on the information you provide – no it’s not as in-depth if we were visiting your home (which we are glad to do), but it will give you comprehensive information about your homes value and market conditions in your subdivision & price point!

Yes, we do ask what you think your home is worth – your answer will not in any way influence the data we share – it helps to know if we will be pleasantly surprising you, re-affirming your thoughts or unfortunately disappointing you.
