What is a Short Sale?  A Short Sale occurs when a home seller is allowed by their lender to sell the home for less than what’s owed on the mortgage.

If you are a home seller you may be thinking – I like that idea – not having to pay back as much as I owe – well, of course, it’s not that simple.  Typically several things need to occur before your mortgage holder will consider a short sale:

1)  You are delinquent on your house payments

2)  You have no other assets or ability to cover what you owe

3) Short Sale is the only option to avoid Foreclosure

4) Lender considers short sale necessary and possible

*Saturday, December 12, 6:15 pm – FULL (no tickets remaining)

Sunday, December 13, 9:30 am – FULL (no tickets remaining)

*Sunday, December 13, 11:30 am – FULL (no tickets remaining).

Interpretation for the hearing impaired during the Sunday, 11:30 a.m. service.

*Please note that services with an asterisk begin 15 minutes later than their

usual start time to accommodate the performance weekend.

NO TICKETS?

You are invited to come anyway. Here’s how seating will work at each performance. Those with tickets

will be seated first (general seating). Five minutes prior to the start of each performance, a 5-minute

warning will be given which explains that all unoccupied seats are now released for general seating

whether ticketed or not. There will also be overflow seating in the chapel via live video feed. We will

do our best to locate seating for everyone.
